April 2026
We visited the ZOOM zoo in Gelsenkirchen:
Checking the map
A rare empty Autobahn.
Easter it is time to visit grandmas, eat and search for sweets.
Thirtytwo Knödel.
We usually also play a boardgame or two. This time: 7Wonders.
It was hot after Ponycamp.
Soundchecking for a gig with Brutal Unrest in Krefeld.
Phil drumming for Warfield Within.
Went climbing with Zoe and her friend.
Another empty street. This time in Düsseldorf, because of the Marathon.
I was only up that early on a Saturday to witness the empty street above, because it was time for IndieWebCamp Düsseldorf. It was the first I co-organized.
Dave showing his website during the ‘Intros’ session.
My compact little setup. This weekend I started using my Mac Mini at home for remote coding work; connecting to it via Tailscale.
Lovely bunch of personal website enthusiasts.
IndieWebCamp is always such a good time.
Afterwards, I took these photos while walking over to the Beyond Tellerrand conference’s warm-up party.
The conference itself started the day after and it was its 15th year.
This too, is always a good time! Check Florian’s amazing photos!
It’s been sunny beyond the Tellerrand.
And rather dark inside.
Projector beam.
James Victore, the great animator.
And that’s it for April.
