June 2026

We visited the Kunstpalast once again, to look at the “Die Kleine” exhibition, where classes from the primary schools in Düsseldorf exhibit the art pieces they’ve been working on.

“Spiderman is important to me”
You get to vote for your favourite piece.
I did not vote for these glasses, but they were pretty good!

Then we had tickets to a “Deine Freunde” concert. It’s like “Deichkind” but more with lyrics around childrens and parents topics. Pretty good actually.

They played the Amphitheater Gelsenkirchen.
Zoe had a great time in the kids pit!

Aaaaannnd… it was time for “Frankeninferno” again. One Saturday in Franconia riding our bikes and drinking a beer (or two) at each of the breweries we drive by.

Schmitt Bräu is the brewery-hotel we stayed at. Arriving Friday evening.
